Race This year’s Jogger’s Race is at the Bolberry Down, (TQ7 3DY) 'parkrun' and is 5km. All ages can take part, all under 11’s must be within an arm’s reach of a designated adult. We run this in conjunction with 'parkrun' but unless you want an official time you do not need to be registered with Park Run to take part Walking Bus A Walking Bus will be leaving the Old Lifeboat Station in Inner Hope at 8am to walk up to Bolberry Down. Please meet by 7.55am if you would like to join the walk.
Parking Leave plenty of time if driving and also to pay at NT car parking machine (£3), NT members free).
Registration From 8:15am - 8:30am
Come to the HCW table and give us your name and age category. After the race you will be given a 'parkrun' finishing number – come back to the HCW table with this number to advise us of your placing before handing back into the 'parkrun' volunteers.

Briefing You must be at the start by 8.45am to hear the 'parkun' safety briefing.

Park Run Registration If you want to register online before the event: https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/?eventName=bolberrydown If registering for the first time Bolberry Down can be used as the 'home parkrun'. Once you have registered you will be issued with a barcode. A participant's barcode can be presented at the end of the run as a paper print-out, or on a mobile phone/smart watch. No bar code = no official result.
Our team of volunteers will then use the results to work out medals for each category.
Dogs Dogs are welcome, 1 per runner on a short, hand-held lead, no waist-harnesses allowed.
Medal presentation The presentation of medals will be back on Harbour Beach at 1:30pm.

Everyone welcome, we have all ages, all abilities, some walk the entire 5km route, there is no time cut-off
